The Steps To Owning A Franchise

Your Home Helpers Franchise Development Consultant will contact you to provide more detailed information and guide you during your discovery phase.

Meet The Team

Meet-the-Team Days (MTTDs) take place at our National Support Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. It’s your chance to meet the key members of our leadership team. During MTTD you will:

  • Get a firsthand look at our values, our culture and our passion for our senior care franchise model and the home care industry.
  • Learn more about the rapidly expanding older population and the extraordinary financial business opportunity presented by it.

Mutual Selection

Working with your Franchise Development Consultant and after you have completed your due diligence, you may decide that this is the right senior care franchise business for you. You’ll review and finalize the franchise agreements for your territory and pay your franchise fees.

Train & Open

Your initial training, which takes place at the Home Helpers National Support Center, combines both classroom and hands-on operational learning. You’ll get to know the members of our Franchise Services Team who will work with you to build your success. After your initial training is completed, you’ll be prepared. To help you succeed your onboarding team will help you stay on track by providing ongoing training, coaching and support, in your first year hands-on training at the certified training center.
