Does in-home care have high growth potential?

  • Home Care costs 75% less than Nursing Care
  • 89% of seniors want to age in place
  • Today, nearly half of all adults aged 45 or older are providing at least 20 hours of care for an adult loved one each week.
  • According to AARP, the ratio of potential family Caregivers to those over 80 will decrease from 7:1 today, to 4:1 by 2030, and to less than 3:1 by 2050. On average, adults aged 60+ with one or more adult children live more than 280 miles from their nearest child.

Do I need previous health or home care experience to become a franchisee?

  • No industry-specific knowledge is required. Everything you need is contained in our business model and training systems.
  • Many of our owners do not have healthcare experience and the majority have never owned their own business.
  • Our owners come from varying backgrounds—from the corporate world to stay-at-home parents – and everything in between.

How much does a franchise cost?

  • The initial franchise fee is $46,900 (a great value compared to other brands in the space).
  • Other than the initial one-time franchise fee, we usually suggest a minimum of $35,850 to $88,000 in additional cash on hand to launch your business to take care of expenses like state licensing, liability insurance, marketing, software, etc. Your initial investment range is noted in Item 7 of our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

Do you finance the initial investment?

  • We offer access to third-party financing options customized for each buyer’s situation. These options range from using unsecured credit lines to home equity loans, to the use of your 401K without any penalties.

What are the minimum financial qualifications for the franchise?

  • Minimum liquid capital of $100,000 and minimum net worth of $250,000.

How can I get a copy of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)?

How are territories defined?

  • Your territory will be large, exclusive, and protected.
  • Territories are built with a population starting at 175,000 and up to 200,000.
  • Territories are constructed with complete zip codes.

What ongoing support is provided to franchisees?

  • A dedicated Home Helpers® Performance Coach to provide consultative assistance focused on growing and scaling your business
