Our Franchise Awarding Approach
Here's a structured due-diligence process — let's review the steps involved in the mutual discovery journey:
1 — Franchise Overview & Pre-qualification
We'll discuss why you want to own a business and what inspired you to look at a franchise opportunity with Home Helpers® Home Care. We'll give you a clear picture of what a typical day looks like owning a home care franchise— the rhythm of the business, the role you'll play, and the lifestyle it supports. We'll also meet "face to face" online to continue the conversation and dive deeper into the best-in-class support and marketing expertise provided to our franchisees.
2 — FDD & Territory Review
Together we'll review the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) in detail so that you have the clarity you need. You can review financial performance representations in Item 19 of the FDD to understand typical revenue and profit ranges for existing franchisees. By this point, the reality of owning your own Home Helpers® Home Care franchise business is becoming clear, so it's time for the territory review. Discovering exactly where your business will operate is a very exciting step!
3 — Meet the Team Day
You'll have the opportunity to spend a day hearing from the executive leadership team, National Support Center staff, and a Home Helpers® Home Care franchisee about what you need to do to be successful in the home care industry and franchising. Their answers often reveal reality of home care ownership, this is your chance to ask the hard questions about caregiver recruitment, workforce stability, and common mistakes new franchise owners make and get honest, direct answers.
4 — Sign Franchise Agreement & Schedule Training
If both parties decide to move forward, we'll sign the Franchise Agreement. We'll want to keep the momentum going by scheduling a Welcome Call and Weekly Start-up Calls, and then you'll schedule a full week of extensive interactive training with our National Support Center staff. Our hands-on onboarding includes robust training on operations, caregiver recruitment, and client retention systems — so you're equipped to build a stable business from day one. Our Franchise Onboarding Team will support you as you launch your new Home Helpers® Home Care franchise.
